We reserve the right to decline any return that does not meet these requirements.

2. Items That Cannot Be Returned

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Final Sale items and discounted sale items
  • Intimates, bodysuits, swimwear, and underwear
  • Accessories such as jewelry, hats, and hair accessories for hygiene reasons

3. How to Request a Return

To begin a return request:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery
  • Provide your order number and reason for return
  • Wait for return authorization before sending anything back

Once your request is approved, we will send you the correct return instructions.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued after returned items have been received and inspected
  • Approved refunds will be sent back to the original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

We may issue a partial refund if an item is returned damaged, worn, or not in its original condition.

In certain cases, we may offer a replacement or partial refund without requiring a return.

5. Return Shipping

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns

PETALBABE is not responsible for lost, delayed, or missing return packages.
